Dog Mushing and Dog Sled Trips
We offer 3-5 day guided dog sled trips for every age and fitness level with a mushing school so you can learn to drive your own team of Alaska huskies. Base out of Iniakuk Lodge for day trips or take off into the Brooks Range and Gates of the Arctic National Park on a multi-day expedition to our private inholdings.
Our trips are all-inclusive and customized to fit your needs, whether you have mushed before or never stepped on the runners. We cater to couples, families and large groups (up to 6), but most of all we cater to you. Each booking gets exclusive use of our guides and facilities.

Situated at the north end of a lake five miles long and a mile wide, Iniakuk Lake Wilderness Lodge is overlooked by 4,000 foot peaks which mark the onset of the southern Brooks Range and provide a stunning backdrop to our secluded location. The beautiful sand and gravel beaches along Iniakuk Lake are perfect for an early morning stroll or shore lunch later in the day. We have a small fleet of canoes for exploring the local coves and inlets, or pick out a scenic ridge and spend the day hiking.
